Mark, this is a lower receiver only and depending on whether you are building an AR-style pistol or rifle will determine if a stock is required. For a rifle or pistol you will need a buffer tube assembly (and all related components). For a rifle you will need some type of stock (fixed or adjustable). A pistol can have an arm/wrist brace or just a bare buffer tube. This lower will work with the 300 Black out.
