Unfortunately, if a firearm has even one feature making it illegal, then Buds will not ship it to your state. Even if it's a simple fix by your FFL to make it compliant.

Hi Scott, in addition to the stock, the barrel is threaded, so you would need a muzzle device pinned & welded on. Unfortunately, Bud's will not ship unless the gun is state compliant as is, even if your FFL agrees to do the compliance work. If you really want one of these, your best bet is to buy it locally. Call around, you may have to travel to other end of the state, but that is your best bet. As a fellow NJ resident, I feel your pain.
