Hi Mark, since Ruger does not specify and there are no unboxing video's that show 3 extensions, I would confirm with Ruger at 336-949-5200 / Fax: 603-863-6165 (Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm ET) Stay safe & have a great day!
