Hi Chad, once you take possession of the gun, it is out of Bud's hands. You will need to call Charles Daly Monday-Thursday 9:00am-4:00pm EST (937) 835-5000 This is why it is important to inspect your gun before taking possession. If you had refused it, it would have been sent back for a replacement.
