I would check with your local ffl dealer where you have the gun shipped to be sure, but I don not see it on the mass. approved firearms roster. Again I would check with your local ffl dealer as they should know what is approved and isn't. The 92fs is on there but not the 92. If mag was manufactured prior to Sept 1993 then it is MA compliant with a mag that holds more than 10 round
