Hi Harold, to make this NJ compliant, the stock would have to be pinned, and the flash hider would need to be replaced with a muzzle brake, then pinned & welded on. Then you would need 10rd magazines. Unfortunately, Bud's does not do compliance work. I strongly suggest working with your local FFL to see if he can get one and modify it to be legal. Buds will not modify it at all
