Hi Bret, as long as it is still at your FFL and you haven't taken possession, you can return it any time. (actually Bud's does not state a timeline for unused firearms) If you have taken possession it cannot be returned. You or your FFL can call Bud's to initiate a return at 1-859-368-0371 9am-8pm EST Mon-Fri. Stay safe & have a great day!
Hi Brett and welcome. No time limit. Just contact Buds, explain the situation and they will arrange firearm pickup from the FFL and when received back, refund you in full.
