Hi Eufemio, this is legal in FL. Because it does not have a stock, it is not meant to be shouldered and is not considered a shotgun. Since it is not a shotgun, (it is just considered a firearm), it cannot be a short barrelled shotgun, so the 14.75" barrel is legal, as long as the total length of the gun is at least 26".
