No. The magazines are the same Tad. The 357Sig is just a necked down 40S&W casing so the magazine will fire either cartridge just fine.

It works with the .40S&W mag the sig .357 and 40S&W use the same Magazines (same case diameter) The sig .357 is based off the 40S&W (necked down to fit the ,357 bullet )

Hi Tad, No need for new magazines. The .40 mag, .357, .38 and 40 S&W will work no problem.
