No difference. Take down is exactly the same for both pistols Joseph. Also a huge advantage of the P320 system is the striker-Fired Interchangeable trigger group along with the ability to use interchangeable grip modules.
The 320SCR9BSS model has night sights and accessory rail, the 320SC9B does not have either.
