The open sights can be replaced. It is double action only, and SW doesn't list trigger pull.
Hi Daniel and welcome. Yes, the Sights can be replaced. This model has an average trigger pull weight of 8.5lbs so expect 9lb to 9.5lb pull weight when new and 8lb to 8.5lb when broken in.
