Hi Jacob, it will fit....but the 20 gauge receiver is smaller then a 12 gauge receiver. It will overhang a 20 gauge receiver. If you don't care about looks, it will bolt up tightly and function just fine. Stay safe & have a great day!

Hi Jacob, this is stated by Phoenix Technologies to be for 12ga models. I would contact them for fitment details on the 20ga version. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
