Hi Gerald and welcome. Yes, this is legal in MA as configured. Details under Rifles here: https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/massachusetts_restrictions.pdf
Hi Gerald, unfortunately no. ✘ Any semi-automatic rifle that has an ability to accept a detachable magazine and has at least two of the following: ● Folding or telescoping stock ● Pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon ● A bayonet mount ● Flash suppressor or threaded barrel designed to accommodate a flash suppressor ● Grenade launcher . The TM22 has both a pistol grip and an adjustable stock. . https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/157103/rock+island+tm22-lite-18+tm22
Gerald, the description is confusing but unfortunately this would be considered an assault rifle even though it's a 22. So this is not MA compliant. Sorry but hope this helps.
