I would call S&W to ask everyone says 3 mags but I can not find it anywhere and buds says it up to the manufacturer the when I spoke with S&W they said the shipped 2 mags in the LE guns so I would count on 2 and if I got 3 consider it a bonus Call S&W and ask 1 800 331 0852
