I understand desert eagles typically can be modular and with a new barrel and slide theyre easy to configure to shoot other calibers. Is this the case with this model? If i buy a new barrel slide and magazine could this shoot 44 magnum or 50 ae?

Hi Chris, I'm not sure is this is true with the .357 Mark XIX models. You can convert .44mag to 50AE & vice versa, not sure about .357. On the older models you could. I am not finding any conversion kits for this model. I would call Magnum Research technical support at 218-746-3459 for an accurate answer.
