John, this is considered a compact but only slightly smaller than the full sized version and I've held one before at a gun shop and has a decent sized grip. I'd consider more between a compact and full sized. My best advice would be to go to couple gunshops to see if they have one you can hold or a local range might have one you can test. Hi John, The "C" in P-10 C refers to the pistol's compact frame and slide. The grip is a little longer than some would prefer for concealed carry, I would say it has the feel of a full sized grip. Stay safe & have a great day!
