If it would be legal except for the magazines, Buds will ship it without mags. Up to you to buy 10 rounders.

Hi Joseph, Bud's will not replace the magazines, they will only remove the 15rd mags. You would need to obtain your own state compliant magazines. Stay safe & have a great day!

Yes buds will ship with NO Magazine. You would then need to buy your own compliant magazines. We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions

Buds will simply remove the Maryland non compliant 15 round magazines and leave it up to you to purchase the 10 round compliant magazines separately. But, Since it's out of stock, I'll say no, 😆
