Hi Enrique, yes sir, this is CA compliant. A lever action tube fed rimfire rile can have more than 10 rounds. Permitted: ✔ All rimfire caliber rifles with a magazine capacity of 10 rounds or fewer (e.g.: .22LR, .17HMR, etc.) are permitted, excluding rifles with tubular magazines in lever-action firearms, which ****do not have magazine restrictions.**** Rimfire caliber rifles are not considered "assault weapons" and can have features that centerfire rifles cannot.
