Hi Steve, yes the issues have been taken care of. No gun is expected to fail.

its the same gun I have never had any slide issues with the Mosquito in 1000s of rounds. the main issue I could find was a rough fit that needed some smoothing out to function well but like almost all 22lr handguns they are ammo picky
