You can purchase any firearm from Buds as long as you are able to pass compliance and the weapon is not banned or prohibited by your state law. Simply provide your local FFL information and BUDS will ship the firearm to them
You will have to fill out registration at your dealer and pay his nominal fee which is normally about $20. Check him first. The folks at Buds are great, reputable and ship fast. Be Safe , Jer
This Model Max-9 is on the CA DOJ approved gun Roster so yes, legal for your state to purchase & own.

Hi Zachary, I disagree with the other answers. This model is NOT on the approved handgun roster. There is only one MAX-9 on the roster and it has a 3.2" barrel >>> https://oag.ca.gov/firearms/handgun/max-9-03518 This model has a 4" barrel.
