"Fits my Taurus pt92 like it came from the factory without having to buy different screws and adds a comfortable hand grip especially if you might have sweaty hands. I would recommend using some lock tight. Since these are a bit thicker than the original ones the srew doesn't have much to grab to so lock tight will keep them in place."

Hi Mark and welcome. No Sir. You would just need to use Blue Loc-tite on the screw threads and they will stay secure with your original screws even with these slightly thicker grips. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
