Hi John and welcome. yes, you will need the RMR Optics Plate: https://www.glockstore.com/Glock-MOS-Adapter-Plate-for-Gen5-10mm-.45ACP-Slides. Tou would need suppressor height sights to true co-witness since a plate is needed. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
