Not sure why manufacturers make their handguns so difficult move the slide. My father (84) has a pistol that he can't rack the slide. Basically, it's a safe queen.
Hi Mark and welcome. Agreed on all counts. a few strokes with fine grit sand paper and synthetic lube in the rail channels will go a long way with reducing rack effort. Unfortunately, Tisas uses a very high poundage recoil spring. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
a lot of them will need many cycles of the slide before they smooth up I remove the magazine and just rack the slide while watching tv. A lighter weigh recoil spring (if available) will make it easier to rack however it could cause more wear/battering of the gun
