I want one, I am sold. Yet, I looked at this one for three days and it already went up in price while I was watching youtube videos to find out how is it different from the other one that reads RPR and is a tad more $. This one mentions "RPR rail" but is still RF-15. The other one does not have RF-15 but RPR. And, UPC are different, so they are not the same.

Hi Antonio and welcome. Bud's prices are tied to stock level. Higher stock firearms are lower price than lower stock same or similar firearms. Hi Antonio, stock levels have nothing to do with the price differences. They are different guns with different MSRP's. Basically the difference between the RPR and MHR is the rail system >>> radicalfirearms.com/category-s/2115.htm
RF-15 stands for Radical Firearms 15" rail.
The Radical Firearms RPR (Radical Parallelogram Rail) System is ultralight and slim for the shooter who wants every ounce of weight savings in their build but still want to attach accessories via M-LOK slots.
The MHR is M-Lok Hybrid rail.
