Good afternoon, in planning to purchase this AM I was also planning for a suppressor and have been researching them. I saw one on MrGunsngear on YouTube called the mk12AEM5 and it appears that requires an attachment system collar. Will this collar and Suppressor fit and work on this AM15? Main goal is something quiet for my old ears lol

Hi Mark and welcome. It will work no issue. The locating collar fits over the barrel to ensure correct alignment.  1/2x28 threads mount the AEM5 to the muzzle device, while a 20-degree taper on the adapter locks the suppressor to the barrel itself. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
