As of January 10, 2023, Illinois law prohibits the sale of magazines that can hold more than 10 rounds for rifles and 15 rounds for handguns. These magazines are considered large-capacity ammunition feeding devices and can only be legally possessed in certain places. So yes, You can purchase from Buds with the 15 round magazines.
