If you're referring to the full size VP9 10 round magazine, they are not pinned, they use a polymer piece that limits the amount of rounds to be loaded.

Hi Moses, they are permanently altered to hold 10 rounds. They are not pinned. They use the polymer magazine limiter, and the base plate is permanently attached, or it would not be NJ legal. They are the same physical size as the 15rd magazines. Stay safe & have a great day!
