Hi Robert and welcome. Not currently. You would need your local FFL install this to be compliant: https://www.magazineblocks.com/magento/smith-wesson-m-p-10mm-full-size-10-15-magblock-10mm.html

None available as of yet. Simply ask your FFL to order the 15 rounders for you, then have them pin/block the mags to the dismal 10 rounds our Anti 2A state of NY Demands.
