It is NJ legal, the threaded barrel restriction is specific to semi-auto firearms. It is chambered for the usual 5.56x45/.223 Remington and black is in reference to the color of the stock.
Hi Joseph and welcome. Bolt action rifles are not restricted so this threaded barrel model is fine in NJ. It fires standard 5.56 Nato and .223 ammunition. The Black just references the metal color. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
This bolt action model with the Threaded Barrel is good to go in NJ. The threaded barrel restrictions are for semi-auto firearms. It takes/shoots standard 5.56 & .223 ammo. The black is just referencing the color of this model.
Hi Joseph, much to the dismay of Dictator Murphy, this is legal, being a bolt action. You can have all the so called 'evil' features you want on a BA rifle, incluing threaded barrel and flash hider. The 556 Black should have a comma between. It just means 5.56 caliber, black finish on gun. Stay safe & have a great day!
