Trying to send credentials to office for authorization but it keeps telling me photo of my retired military card is over 2MB and will not accept. Any suggestions? Thank you!! Harvey

Hi Harvey, thank you for your service. You need to resize it to under 2MB. Without knowing what program you have, I'll try, it should all be similar.
When you open the document, or picture of document, click on the Tool menu at top of screen. A drop down menu should appear, click on Adjust Size or Resize. If there is a box that says Scale Proportionally, check that box. Then just change the numbers for either the width or height until you get under 2MB.

Hi Harvey and welcome. First, thank you for your Service. If your computer has a camera, just take a picture or your credentials and save the image as a png file and then try uploading it again. This should make the size acceptable. You can also email the photos to Buds at FFL@Budsgunshop.com - Cheers and stay safe!
