The P226 Zev has a Leopold Delta footprint for direct mount of the Sig Romeo Pro1 red dot optic. The SRO shares the same foot print as the Trijicon RMR®. Also compatible with most RMR mounts. So it would not be a direct fit & will need an adapter plate.
