The P-09 used to have a long barrel 4.5" or so and 20+ rounds magazines. Is Bud's sure that this isn't a P-07 that they are selling? It's the same size that a P-07 used to be.

All in all, the CZ P07 vs P09 are very similar but do have a few differences that distinguish them from one another. While both feature CZ's customizable Omega trigger system, the P09 is a full-sized service pistol while the P07 is compact and designed for concealed carry.

This is the new CZ P-07, it is just renamed as p-09 c (compact) Nocturne.  It has the exact same internals as the p-07, but is optic cut and a much better grip with more stippling .  Watch some YouTube videos on it.  There is also a CZ p-09 F (Full size) Nocturne.
