Hi Saverio and welcome. Please try taking a picture with a laptop camera and or try saving the file as a png file and try uploading it again. If you have the file, email it to yourself and save as png file. This should lower the file size. Cheers and stay safe!

If taking pic with phone, go into edit photo, there you should be able to resize your photo to be able to upload to Buds.
