I would personally choose the TS Charles if price were no object. It is a higher end and better tuned pistol. The 40 will have a slightly sharper and more pronounced recoil pulse but is very controllable. ***Note*** The SP01 is hard to beat price function wise.

the ts for a range gun and the cz for carry .40 will be sharper in recoil and more expensive to shoot unless you reload (had made a longer post that the censors got)

Hi Charles, I would go with the tactical model. Better sights, threaded barrel. Between the 9mm and 40mm Personally I would go with the 9mm just for the fact of ammo pricing. It will get the job done and you'll save alot of money on ammo. The .40 will have a little more recoil but not enough to make a big difference. My money would be on the TS 9mm!
