marlins are not being made now. Winchester has always been hard to find in stock (low production numbers) the Henry and Rossi I expect to be back in stock soon (out of stock due to Christmas ?) I suggest that you click the notify me button on all the ones you are interested in and Buds will email you when they are available this in no way obligates you to purchase the gun. It just notifies you that they are available again we are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions

Hi Chris, These sold like hotcakes over the holidays and they couldn't keep up with production. The Henry's were the hottest seller. They will be back soon. Marlin currently quit making these.
