I just received my hellcat with gear up package and my optic was not installed in fact it was just thrown in the range bag with the 3 extra magazines. The firearm itself was just tossed in a small range bag. Nothing was rapped nice in plastic or anything. Whom should I contact about this?

Yeah, if it was supposed to be already installed, give Springfield a call. My friend just ordered the same model & package deal from his local FFL but didn't receive it yet. I'll find out how his arrived I'm sure.

Hi Aaron, Buds does not open new firearm packages, BUT.....it could have sent out, opened at a FFL, and the person refused the gun and sent it back. So, it is possible it could have been opened. I would contact both Bud's and SA
