Hi Jacob and welcome. The Barrel is stamped 7.62NATO so for warranty and safety reasons, I would verify there are no issues with the higher pressure .308 directly with IWI Customer Service at 717-695-2081, Monday – Thursday 6:30 AM – 4 PM ET. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
