Hi D. A. and welcome back. Most all Red Laser will have a hex type adjustment for windage and elevation. The adjustment tool and instructions will be included. Cheers and stay safe!

There should be 2 small screws that will accept a small allen wrench (it should come with the laser). One is for windage and the other for elevation. Your owners manual will tell you which is windage & which is elevation, and which direction to turn for up/down and left/right.
