Just got this carbine, spent a bit extra to get the grip and two 20 round mags but the mags are wider than the 10 round high point brand mag that's in the gun originally and won't go in, I carefully tried to force it and it just was not having it. Any thoughts? They came in the box with the rest of the gun, all new.

Hi Joshua, I would contact Hi-Point and Red Ball for advice and to see about getting replacement magazines.
