Hi Andrew and welcome. Unfortunately, no as IL restricts "Thumbhole Stocks" as well as "Pistol Grips" on Semi-Auto's. Cheets and stay safe!

Hi Andrew, no sir, a semi-auto rifle cannot have a thumbhole stock.
(this does not have a pistol grip, just a thumbhole stock)
