Yes, Bud's will ship with 15 round magazines. As of January 10, 2023, Illinois law prohibits the sale, purchase, or possession of magazines that hold more than 10 rounds for rifles and 15 rounds for handguns. The law also defines large-capacity magazines as those that hold more than the specified round capacity.

it is legal in most of Illinois as the mag limit for handguns is 15 rounds except some counties have a 10 round limit I strongly suggest that you check with your local FFL
