If this model Springfield came in .45 I'd be all over it . Anyone know if it does come in the .45 cal ? I own several.Springfield Handguns and they are by far the best in my humble opinion . Same goes for their rifles . They've been in business for well over a hundred years supplying our military and civilians alike . That should tell you all you need to know about the quality and precision tolerances of their firearms . My everyday carry .

Hi Forrest, unfortunately the .45 version is has been discontinued.
I would check on large gun sites like gunbr0ker and Guns International as discontinued and hard to find firearms show up for sale by private individuals and small shops.
