No NFA needed. The muzzle brake lengthens the 14.5" barrel to the 16" inch requirement Wilfredo.

I'm guessing that the comp makes it to the 16" min length requirement, but you should verify with Bud's that the comp is pinned and welded. If it can be readily removed, it would violate the barrel length requirement. I did not see in the description that is said pinned and welded.
