Brand new rifle. Eight rounds total. Bolt locked up.factory ammo . Contacted buds they helped getting ahold of Remington. Haven't heard anything back its been a week.

try opening it with the safety off (fire position). if that does not work post back with more details IE fired round. safety position, bolt fully closed so we may be able to help more
