This listing says both "Rattle Can", which refers to a multi-tone, spray-painted, camo-like finish that uses earth tones such as green, brown, tan, and sometimes gray; but then at both the end and in the details section, it says it is "blue/black" which is not the Rattle Can paint job, from what I know. So which one is this?

Hi James, it is Rattlecan and, actually, the picture is correct. The picture is not very clear, it looks all black in the picture, and I agree that this is not what I would call Rattlecan, but you can see the Rattlecan color on the DD web site >>> https://danieldefense.com/ddm4-v7pro.html
