• Q: Does this pistol have a ramp barrel or is it regular GI 1911 where the ramp is built into the frame and the throat of the chamber?

• Q: don't see any mention of having both a .22 & 9mm barrel

  Dave, yes Sir. This is the Combo package that includes both a 22 TCM and 9mm Barrel. The magazine holds 17 rounds of ammunition of either caliber.

  I have this gun and it comes with 1 17 round mag that works with both the 9mm and 22TCM (can also use 22TCM9R ) from RIA FAQ How many magazines come with a firearm purchase?
  To keep our firearms affordable, one magazine is included with each firearm purchase. Additional magazines for your firearm(s) can be purchased at Advanced Tactical or other after market magazine manufacturers.

• Q: will it take both types of rounds?

  it can use both 22TCM and 22TCM9R ammo I have this gun it is 9MM / 22TCM the 22TCM can use 22 TCM 9r ammo but the 22TCM9R will not work with 22TCM ammo the 22TCM uses a slightly longer bullet the 22TCM9R is loaded with a shorter bullet to fit in 9mm mags the case is the same on both 22TCM and 22TCM9R

• Q: I was just wondering how many rounds of 9mm this will hold. I understand it’ll hold 17 TCM22 but is is a traditional 9 round or a 2011 type capacity when loaded with 9mm? Thanks

  This pistol will hold a total of 18rds with the 17rd magazine full and one in the chamber in both 22TCM & 9mm. Reason? The 22TCM is simply a 9mm case necked down to 22 caliber so bot use the same magazines.

• Q: Are these compatible with regular 1911 grips, or do they have to be specific to RIA or PARA double stacks?

  Yes, Josh, it's a 1911 and 1911 government size grips will fit. Can't say for sure, but it looks like the factory grips might be 'slim' grips, so using regular thickness grips might mean new grip screw, new grip bushing or both.

  James the 22TCM actually cut to 38 super length the 22tcm9r is shortened to 9mm length my 2 tcm uses a modified 38 super mag
