A: This has a muzzle velocity of 1,110 fps and a muzzle energy of 369 ft lbs. Saami spec for 9mm +p is 38,500 psi and this should be well below that. So I can't find anywhere saying it meets saami specs but don't see it being that hot of a round to be over saami specs. Sorry can't help more but hope this helps some.
