Exactly the perfect balance between price and dependability. This pistol out of the box was amazingly on target. I only have one negative complaint and that is the sites could be better.

This thing is horrible. It has the most difficult slide to rack that I've ever dealt with. I sent it back to taurus who promptly denied anything being wrong with it. Before they even shipped it back I saw a safety notice about it on their website. That was the second and last time I EVER buy a taurus.

Dealing with Bud’s is always a pleasure. The Taurus GX4 I purchased was not only a great buy but is a very good carry gun. Coming with an 11 round and a 13 round mag gives me options. It fits my larger hand very well with the 13 round mag and conceals well with the 11. It handles great and is a pleasure to shoot.

This is a great pistol!!! It is almost as small as my Sig P238 (the GX4 is 1" longer) and I can easily carry it in my pants pocket without it printing. I shot it yesterday for the first time and put 100 rds through it, it worked perfectly no jams or issues of any kind and super accurate for having a 3" barrel, Hell it's super accurate for any length barrel, meaning it shoots as good or better than my full size Sigs or Glocks! It feels really good in my hand and when using the +2 mag extension on the standard 11 rd mag it feels like a full size pistol and has a place for my pinky finger to rest. The Graphene finish is awesome and seems to be super slick and super durable, It seems it will not scratch or mar easily. This is my first time having a Cerakote finish, its tough as nails! I am going to start using the Cerakote instead of Gunkote on my guns! This model comes with a 13 rd and an 11 rd magazine, which the 13 rd mag is unbelievable considering how small this pistol is. The mags are made by Meg-Car as its stamped on the mag. The overall quality of this pistol is superb and it functions and looks and feels like a $700 pistol! I actually can't think of anything negative to say about this pistol. I own several other models of Taurus' pistols so I already knew they made quality guns but they really knocked it out of the park with this pistol!!! I'd give it 6 stars if I could LOL! Bud's as always had great service and also it got here 2 days after I ordered it, so super fast service as well. If you need a high quality super dependable EDC pistol this is the one you should get.

I’ve carried a S&W .357 snub, for last 10 years.a cop at my district has a GX4, saw it, handled it, knew it was great. Me/son each purchased a GX4, love em. I went from a 5 shot, to a 13+1, awesome. With the extended mag, perfect grip, great feel when shooting. I purchased a red laser with it, and matching holster, excellent!
