  Donal, no the telescoping stock, threaded barrel, and flash hider collectively are a no-no in NJ.   Pio, yes Sir. Most manufacturers including S&W make firearm packages that have 10rd magazines so their firearms can also be sold in states that have magazine capacity restrictions. The firearms are exactly the same but just have 10rd mags included. The firearms will also accept any standard capacity magazines just fine.

• Q: Yes. I live in the wonderful liberal state of CO that feels the need to "protect" us (them?) by limiting mag size. That said, why is the 10+1 version of this rifle about $100 more than the 30+1 version? Sales volume? Pretty unfortunate.

  Greg, Call BUDs (859-368-0371) have them pull the magazine from the firearm that is $100 less. Buy it. When you pick up at FFL go spend your $100 on 10 CO approved 10 round magazines.
