Very nice piece for my collection. It is basically for great conversation, and everyone likes the simple design. Please note that I went on the Altor website and bought the 380 caliber and the 9mm threaded barrel version. That's three unique pistols in one package.

Really a neat addition to my collection, my only concern is that the barrel goes together loosly and rattles, this may tighten up when there is a round in the chamber (I have not tried).

It is what is is and does what it does, goes bang when you actuate the trigger every time. I bought this specifically for a snake gun to fire CCI ShellShot, which it does flawlessly. Their customer service seems to be good and Bud's for it to my FFL in good order. Recoil on regular 9mm gets to the hand after a dozen shots and the trigger, well the trigger takes some getting used to. However, I did my product research and kind of knew what to expect. For my purpose; a toolbox snake gun for in the yard doing yard work, it will do it's job when called upon I've no doubt.

It does exactly what it is supposed to do. Down and dirty is the weapon works.

Just had to add this odd little gun to my collection. A single shot 9mm, with a trigger you pull back then let got to fire it. It's almost like something I would have built back when I was a bowling alley mechanic (I worked on the machines that set the pins) out of a scrap barrel and parts laying around the shop. I will be adding it to my "get home" bag I keep in my car. Reminds me of the Liberator single shot pistols we dropped over occupied Europe in WW2, but those were 45acp.The manufacturer sells .380acp barrels for it too, so it is convertible to whatever caliber you have a barrel for. All you need is a cartridge with a rim for the action to hold and a barrel with the right size chamber and bore. Have not had a chance to shoot it yet, so I can't speak for how accurate it is, but the lockup is solid when the barrel is in the fire position, so once you figure out where the fixed sights are pointing at it should be pretty accurate. The only issue I can see with that is the rifling is "micro-groove" not cut as deep as regular button rifling. For the price, it is a very interesting addition to any gun collection.

It goes bang and it's $100 so if you want one get it. The felt recoil feels like shooting a pistol grip 20ga.

Haven't shot yet. Probably won't. Bought it as a novelty. It gets attention. My wife thought it was a hot glue gun. Looks like it would have a lot of recoil being a 9mm blowback. I do think it would be safe to shoot, just little slow on the reload. 5 stars for what it is and being different.
